My daughter’s birthday party unfortunately had some on and off rain predicted, and we had ordered a bounce house from another company who had called us 1 hour before the party and CANCELLED! Russell answered my phone call and was more than willing to come with a BEAUTIFUL bounce house within 30 minutes!!! He was extremely accommodating and sweet and we are so extremely thankful for him as our kids and guests had a BLAST, and the weather held up great for 3 hours for the party! 100/10 recommend!!!”
