I recently rented a water slide from Russel, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We recently worked with Planet Bouncy CT to rent a bounce house for our back yard wedding event. Our daughter has always wanted a bounce house at her wedding and when she saw the all-white one availability, she had to have it - especially with her being a former gymnast. And the rental was at a very reasonable price. Planet Bouncy CT was immediately responsive with our initial inquiry and very helpful with the rental process. Set up happened well within our required timeline along with effective communication from the delivery staff prior to arrival and pick up. The bounce house was a big hit for both young and old guests. We would definitely rent from Planet Bouncy CT again!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I called them on a whim when our original vendor canceled on us last minute. Russ was friendly and SUPER accommodating. They were at our house in 30 minutes with a beautiful, clean bounce house. They totally saved the day and the party, and our 4 year old and her friends had the best time. Will definitely be calling them in the future!

Planet Bouncy is amazing. They are super friendy and on time. They have so many Bounce Houses to choose from.. We ended up renting the biggest one with the slide (which also could be used as a water slide) as we had 38 kids and they all had a blast!!! Super clean and safe as well. Thank you Russel!!! My son wanted a water slide for his Birthday. Planet Bouncy staff members were amazing! We’ve got the slide, 3 adult tables and 24 chairs for rent. They came in the morning of the party day, installed everything and then picked up the next morning. Kids had such a blast! Guests didn’t want to leave for 5 hours. Totally worth the price. I would highly recommend Planet Bouncy.

Amazing experience with my table, chairs and bouncy house rental. I initially rented just tables and chairs for my sons birthday party and I decided to ask them last minute (1 hour before the party started) if I could add a bouncy house and they immediately said yes which I will forever be grateful for, it made the party so much better and saved the day- the kids absolutely loved it. Russell was very professional, reliable, nice and delivered on time. Definitely recommend and will hire their services again.

I used planet bouncy ct for my sons 4th birthday. I have nothing but positive things to say. We got the bounce house with tables and chairs for the whole day and to me after shopping around he was the best price and well worth the money. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again. Absolutely would give a 10 star rating if I could!!! My daughter’s birthday party unfortunately had some on and off rain predicted, and we had ordered a bounce house from another company who had called us 1 hour before the party and CANCELLED! Russell answered my phone call and was more than willing to come with a BEAUTIFUL bounce house within 30 minutes!!! He was extremely accommodating and sweet and we are so extremely thankful for him as our kids and guests had a BLAST, and the weather held up great for 3 hours for the party! 100/10 recommend!!!

In a world full of scams, they seemed a little too good to be true, but Russ went out of his way to comfort me and followed through with everything! We rented the tropical bounce house for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was a huge hit! There is a rock wall on the inside of the bounce house leading to a slide. Initially I assumed that only the older kids at the party would be able to do it, but the two-year-olds astonished us all and climbed that wall like little monkeys! It entertained them for hours and hours, up the wall, down the slide. We decided to use this one without plugging in the hose for the water and it was still great. I would definitely recommend using Planet Bouncy, they were professional, punctual, and did a wonderful job. We will be calling them next year!
